James has previously owned successful businesses in the hospitality industry and in product distribution and can add a lot of value when sourcing premises for clients.

When working in distribution he rolled out franchised retail and wholesale spaces for clients focusing on what is important for his clients and successfully delivering them.

He counts among his client’s, developers, hotel and restaurant clients, retail chains to name a few and continues to be retained with some as they expand their businesses. 

For commercial clients and similar to residential, James has a portfolio of associated contacts to call upon – eg. Planning specialists, development finance providers, specialist consultants etc. making sure he employs the best advice for a commercial purchase.

He takes away the burden and stress of trawling through property sites & visiting numerous properties from his clients unto himself, finally presenting them with the optimal property whilst using every resource at his disposal. Throughout the process of buying a property, James ensures his clients best interest is completely and professionally represented. He becomes an ‘extension’ of his client’s interest in the marketplace with the addition of having the expertise to make it happen for them.

During the search process, James will view and appraise properties on your behalf until a final shortlist of properties for you to approve and view is compiled.

Once a property has been selected, James will then negotiate the best deal possible on your behalf and manage the entire purchase through to completion.
