After managing the whole conveyancing process, James takes pleasure in handing you the keys to your new property.
He can organise your relocation or have your property managed once the purchase is complete
If required, after completion, he can oversee the works process on a property that will have additional works done. This will involve suggesting / appointing / appraising different professionals throughout the building process
